I started playing Pop Lacrosse at primary school before joining my senior school's lacrosse team and playing for Brooklands and Lancashire. After a break during university I'm loving being back playing with such a fun, inclusive and ambitious team.

Lacrosse has been a massive part of my life since I started playing at school! I carried on playing during my time at Loughborough University and joined Clapham last year when I moved to London.Everyone was super welcoming.

It’s great to play in a team that’s competitive on the pitch and sociable off it! I’m really excited to captain such a great bunch of girls this season.

I joined Clapham when I moved to London because it was a sociable club with a good level of play.
Tournaments with the whole club are great fun and we always have competitive games against the top clubs in our league. Clapham is a great club for new joiners as we have a mix of players and everyones super friendly. I’m excited for the season ahead!

Emily Bull - Division 1 Captain

Hi I’m Em! I joined the club a year ago and have loved every minute of it - on and off the pitch. I’ve played lacrosse since my school days and so pleased to have found such a great bunch to play with in London. So excited to be captain of the Div 1 team this year and looking forward to some Sunday success! (So sharpen those studs and rinse out those wine glasses because this season is only just getting started…)

Emily Lewis - Division 1 Captain

I started playing lacrosse at school at the age of 13. After moving school for sixth form I didn’t play for four years. After picking it back up in my second year at Exeter University, new I wanted to continue playing when moving to London. After trying a few different teams in London teams I decided to join Clapham! They have such a great combination of amazing talent, ambition and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Taby Halliwell - Treasurer

I’ve played lacrosse at school, through university, and joined Clapham when I moved to London. Now in my 5th year at the club, I’ve loved every minute—from the games to the great group of people. Being part of this club has been amazing, and I’m excited to keep getting involved both on and off the field.

Jules Chappell - Treasurer

Lax has been a fab part of my life for over 3 decades now, including helping to share our sport in countries around the world - from Jordan to Ethiopia to Guatemala. I have reached a decade of playing with Clapham!

Lizzie Evans - Match Day Readiness

This is my third season in Clapham. I started playing lacrosse at school and played at uni too, where my team made it to the BUCS semi finals ! I love sports in general and am a keen cyclist too :)

Katie McCarthy - Match Day Readiness

I’ve been playing lacrosse since secondary school, competing throughout my time at Oxford University prior to joining Clapham Lacrosse a few years ago. It’s been great fun playing for Clapham with such a talented team whilst also having a laugh along the way.

Nikki Price - Coach

I’m super excited for the season, the new and old talent is great, we’re playing hard and we’re looking really really good. I can’t wait to coach these girls this season!!

I started playing lacrosse 15 years ago and joined Clapham in 2021 when I moved to London and have been a playing here ever since. I have recently fully embraced my quarter life crisis by replacing my wardrobe with Lycra and spending non lacrosse weekends cycling or triathlon training.

Hayley Kenn - Social Secretary

I’ve played lacrosse at school, uni and with Clapham over the last few years. It’s always a bloody pleasure to play with this group of legends and I’m hoping to plan some awesome socials this year, alongside Milly, to help bond the team both on and off of the pitch!! Bring on this season!!

I have been playing lacrosse for the past two years for Clapham and this year I have the honour of being social sec alongside Hayley. I’m looking forward to another year with this amazing club!!

I started playing lacrosse over 16 years ago (whatttt) when I started at school. I’ve always loved the sport and when I joined Clapham back in 2020, I knew these girls would be friends for life!
Clapham Lacrosse is a great club for everyone, it’s a good standard of play, a very sociable club, and such a nice group of people!

Emily Wain - Comms

After being a competitive swimmer for most of my life, I picked up lacrosse at uni for something new and loved it! Once I moved to London I joined Clapham, it was amazing to find a club that was so welcoming no matter whether you have been playing for 3 years or 10.

Alexa Pinner - Kit Officer

I started playing lacrosse in middle school with the boys team because there was no girls team yet. So I played in goal because it was the only position that was the same in both girls and boys lax. In high school I played for four years before playing club lacrosse at University of Maryland. I was thrilled to find lacrosse in London when I moved here in 2014 and started playing with Clapham. I love playing in goal for this incredible team, everyone is so friendly, talented, cheerfully competitive, and playing for the love of the sport.
